the staff provided a very attentive service. they addressed my requests quickly. the rooms demonstrated really good cleanliness and were well maintained.. i appreciated the complimentary espresso coffee machine available in my room.
the gym equipment looked quite dated. some machines did not function correctly. the information regarding hotel amenities could be clearer. there was a lack of readily available details about all services.

the staff were very helpful at this very central location.
i was kept awake by noise from the street, the poor sound isolation was the worst part. it ruined my sleep most nights i was there. i wish they had better windows or something

The breakfast had many options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. The staff was helpful and kind, even giving us the room one hour before check-in. The room was perfect!
The bathroom had a slight odor, but it was not constant.
